FPGMC Charge Conference:  Wednesday, October 28th @ 11:00am in Fellowship Hall.  All members of FPGMC are encouraged to attend this important yearly meeting.  We will be considering future plans for FPGMC.  Add your voice to the discussion.
Ladies Fall Luncheon:  Saturday, October 31st at 11:00am in Fellowship Hall.  Featuring beautifully decorated tables, lunch and entertainment.  Presented by Fountain Park Women of Faith.  Tickets are $15 available in early October.  Contact Kathy Markevitch.
Clocks Fall Back:  On October 31st before going to bed make sure your clocks are turned back one hour.  Many clocks do this automatically, but you may have some that need to be adjusted manually.  Officially the change occurs at 2am on Nov. 1st.

Don’t Forget to Vote:  Tuesday, November 3rd.  Do your research on the candidates.  Vote to protect religious freedom and life.
FPGMC Talent Show:  Saturday, November 7th @ 6:00pm in Fellowship Hall.  Join our church family for a popular fun night of entertainment and fellowship.  This is our 8th annual talent show.   We’ll be serving our proven favorite Turkey & Pumpkin Chili that will warm you up on a November night.  We are asking for dessert donations, maybe with something pumpkin in it.  
We’re looking for performers!  No experience needed – Just a fun time!  Every year we are entertained by great and sometimes unusual performances.
If you plan on performing or coming for a good time, please  sign up in the Gathering Area.  So come out and join your church family for a good laugh and unique entertainment.
Communion Weekend:  November 7th & 8th during worship services.
Trustee Committee Meeting:  Tuesday, November 10th @ 6:30pm in the library.
Veteran’s Day:  Wednesday, November 11th.  We honor all those who served in the U.S. Armed Forces.  May the Lord bless you for protecting our country and our freedoms.
Children’s Ministry:  Sunday, November 15th during the 9:00am service.  All children age 5 and under welcome to participate. 
After 5 Women’s Group:  Monday, November 16th @ 6:30pm in Fellowship Hall.
Administration Board Meeting:  Tuesday, November 17th @ 6:30pm in the library.
Ephesians 5 Breakfast:  Saturday, November 21st from 8:00am to 10:00am in Fellowship Hall.  All are welcome to join us.
Thanksgiving Day:  Thursday, November 26th.  We give thanks to the Lord for all that He has blessed us with.  “I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart.” (Psalm 111:1)
Hanging of the Greens:  Sunday, November 29th @ 10:30am.  There will be trees to decorate, greens to be hung, lights to be strung all the while Christmas music will be played.  Whatever you like to do, come and join us.  We’ll have a variety of pizza’s and various refreshments for you.

Things to Know

Sonlight Books at FPGMC:  Sonlight Books is partnering with our church to bring faith-based resources directly to us.  There is a kiosk in the Gathering Area with Bibles, books, calendars, church supplies, apparel and gifts for you to purchase.  Follow the prompts on the tablet attached to the kiosk to pay for your items with a credit card.  Every sale gives a percentage back to FPGMC, so it will benefit our church not just financially but spiritually.  Need to do some shopping, check it out first!!!

Hospitality Table:  Join your church family and visitors for coffee, juice & snacks for a little fellowship time every Sunday before and after the worship service in the Chapel/Parlor.  All are welcome!!

Soda Pop Sunday: How can the price of a can of soda help save the life of a rescued infant in Kenya?  By supporting Dave & Jennifer Bell’s rescue mission in Kenya.  The last Sunday of every month will be designated as “Soda Pop Sunday”.  Funds collected will buy needed items such as medicine, diapers, and food.  What a wonderful way to care for “the least of these” until they are adopted by a Christian family.
